Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South undoubtedly provides the best service we've ever experienced. The hotel offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, especially if you’re catching a flight, whether abroad or domestic. My daughter and I were heading to SEA for a trip, and we discovered this hotel simply by searching for the closest Marriott near SEA TAC airport — and we got so lucky! I was initially pretty stressed about parking costs at the airport, but Sheraton Seattle Airport South makes it easy with their shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes before 3pm, and afterward, you can schedule a pickup with them. Plus, they offer affordable daily parking rates. With all these convenient services, all you have to do is check in, arrange your pickup, pay for the parking based on how long you'll need it, and then relax while carrying your luggage yourself—it's that simple.

Most everything was great except for the shuttle service / driver. He almost made us miss our flight because he says he was waiting on everyone on the second floor of the garage instead of at the front door where we all stood waiting. When the manager finally found him on the second floor he came walking to the front door and made us take all of our things to the second floor where he had parked the shuttle instead of driving around to the front. He needs to be given an opportunity to find other employment in my opinion

Had a bad experience at SeaTac between connecting flights but this hotel almost made up for it. Bar was great, front desk was easy, quick, and accommodating. Room was really nice. Great spot if the airport gives you trouble.

I stayed at this Four Points hotel for a quick one-night stay while in town for a job interview with Alaska Airlines, and I need to shout out Kylie at the front desk because she is an absolute LEGEND. From check-in to check-out, Kylie went so far above and beyond that I’m honestly still blown away. She was warm, genuine, attentive, and made me feel truly taken care of during what was a pretty high-stress trip for me. That level of care is rare in hospitality these days, and I haven’t experienced service like that in years. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. She turned what could’ve been a standard hotel stay into something memorable and comforting when I really needed it. This woman is a gem. Give her a raise.

We arrived at midnight on our return journey from hawaii, our next flight back to UK being 8 in the evening. The reception staff were great getting us settled really quickly in our room. The room was amazing it was big and extremely clean. We had a really good night's sleep the bed was extremely comfortable. I checked the bathroom it was really lovely and clean, the room team do a great job. The next day we were ready to vacate at twelve noon when the receptionist kindly gave us an extension on our room so we didn't leave until 3. We then boarded the free shuttle bus to take us to the airport. Would highly recommend staying here and on our next visit we definitely will be staying here. This is a ten plus in our opinion and we have stayed at many hotels over the years. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay one of the best.

I’ve had the best experience staying at Four Points! This is my second time here and both visits have been absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect! very central and close to the airport. The onsite Indian restaurant is a must-try, the food is excellent! A special shoutout to the manager Ikeisha and the night auditor Virginia, who have both been amazing. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness really stood out and made my stay even better. Thank you so much for all your help, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good location, though the parking setup was a bit confusing. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the wired internet connection. The ironing board was shorter than expected and there was no microwave in the room, but the breakfast was very good. I also liked that there were multiple restaurants and plenty of meeting rooms on-site. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the price was reasonable for a Seattle hotel. Overall, I would strongly consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle.

TRULY RECOMMEND! After an overnight flight delay, the airline comped a night at this hotel for me and it truly was SUCH an unexpected gift. The view was beautiful, the outdoor pool was warm, the room was silent, and the bed was perfect. The front desk was really helpful, shout out to Angela for setting me up and being so great.
